This October, the Administrative Services Center’s IT Support Services Audio/Visual team took center stage and orchestrated a complex technical setup to ensure a smooth and productive hybrid event for the University System of Georgia Board of Regents.

The Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and Staff Tuition Reimbursement Assistance Program (STRAP) is now live.

Employees have until 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, Oct. 27, to complete all of the training modules.

If you need more information or have questions about your benefits, the Annual Benefits and Wellness Fair is the place to be. 

These programs provide a tuition and mandatory fee waiver or reimbursement to full-time employees and research-titled faculty.

This is an active open enrollment so employees must take action, to select benefits and make certifications to avoid surcharges. There are also several changes to existing programs.

Food Group Meal Form policy changes are now in effect for Georgia Tech.

As a result of proactive financial planning, most Institute operations would not be immediately affected. The longer a shutdown lasts, the greater the likelihood that operational changes would be necessary. 

On the one-year anniversary of the launch of Sustainability Next, a publicly available version of the plan is being released and several plan initiatives are coming to life.
